On 21 April 2020, the Lebanese parliament passed laws legalising cultivation of cannabis for medical use, this also includes cultivation of non-psychoactive hemp.
Up to date, Cannabis has been cultivated illegally in parts of Lebanon, with Lebanon ranked the 3rd highest supplier of global Cannabis. Our company is working directly with the Lebanese Government to develop regulations for the legalisation of the cannabis industry.
We are working with local producers and industry to ensure the manufacture of the highest-grade medical cannabis for export to the world. Our aim is to be a bridge between government and producers to legalise and facilitate the industry.
The Lebanese Government has approved research to study the medicinal value of Lebanese cannabis. The Medicinal Cannabis Research Center aims to be the one of the world’s foremost institutions studying the drug.
Our alliance with the Lebanese Government, producers and industry will enable us to export the highest quality Lebanese Cannabis for international export.
